This Privacy Policy addresses the privacy of visitors and/or new business clients to THE GREEN PAGES, LLC web sites. It identifies the type of data and information THE GREEN PAGES, LLC collects from visitors and/or new business advertising clients and determines how we use and disclose it, and the steps we take to protect privacy.

Information We Collect and How It Is Used

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC collects personal information when you register with THE GREEN PAGES, LLC, when you use THE GREEN PAGES, LLC products and services, when you visit and/or sign up for our business advertising THE GREEN PAGES, LLC pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes.

For the purchase of THE GREEN PAGES, LLC Advertising Products, we may also ask for your address, telephone numbers, Social Security number and/or Employment identification number, billing & payment  information. THE GREEN PAGES, LLC has no access to your credit card information, as it goes directly to Authorized Net, the credit card processor.  Once you register with THE GREEN PAGES, LLC and sign up for our services, you are not anonymous to us and we protect your personal information (see Security below).

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, THE GREEN PAGES, LLC cookie information, and the page you request.

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide statistical reporting for internal issues.

To Edit Your Account Information and Preferences

You can submit changes for your THE GREEN PAGES, LLC Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time. New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive. THE GREEN PAGES, LLC web site will only provide links to our GoGoFlorida.com web site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other Web sites.

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC does not rent, sell, disclose or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

●   We transfer information about you if THE GREEN PAGES, LLC is acquired by or merged with another company.

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC does not provide any personal information to any third party advertisers or external links.

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we ensure security on our systems with secure SSL Certificates including a 128 bit encryption with security protection. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any firewalls or secure server software we may employ. THE GREEN PAGES, LLC continues to evaluate and implement enhancements in security technology and practices; however, we can only take steps to help reduce the risks of unauthorized access. THE GREEN PAGES, LLC has taken the following steps in this regard:

THE GREEN PAGES, LLC uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as registration information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Anytime THE GREEN PAGES, LLC asks you for a credit card number, social security number, or other confidential information on THE GREEN PAGES, LLC for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will not be stored securely on our servers unless you select it to be stored.
